Press CenterAPX Names Joseph Kerecman Managing DirectorIndustry Veteran Joins Market Leader to Drive Environmental Services Expansion Santa Clara, CA - October 11, 2007 - APX, Inc., the leading infrastructure provider for North American environmental and energy markets, announced today that Joseph Kerecman has been appointed Managing Director. Kerecman brings more than 20 years of experience in the energy and environmental markets to APX and will be focused on the growth of the APX environmental services business in the renewable energy and emerging GHG markets including government relations at both the state and federal levels. "APX is North America's leading infrastructure provider for environmental markets in renewable energy and greenhouse gases," said Kerecman. Prior to joining APX, Mr. Kerecman was with PJM Interconnection where he was responsible for all matters related to renewable energy and enabling technologies. In 2004 he organized and launched PJM first successful subsidiary company, Environmental Services Inc which provides services and enabling infrastructure for renewable markets within PJM. He has also held leadership roles at Exelon, including Vice President and General Partner of Exelon Capital Partners, where he led and managed investments into various energy technologies and energy services companies, and at PECO Energy, Bechtel and Raytheon Engineers and Constructors (now Washington Group International).
