The Washington, D.C. office, the Company’s second on the east coast, will be led by Gary S. Guzy, APX’s General Counsel. Mr. Guzy is one of the country’s preeminent environmental attorneys, having served as the top legal officer for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and as Global Practice Leader for Climate Risk and Sustainability at Marsh, a leading global risk management and insurance brokerage firm.
