APX Launches Portfolio Access™ Offering Single Account View for REC and Voluntary Carbon Registries

A Comprehensive Portfolio View for Asset Management and Monitoring

Hoboken, NJ - March 15, 2010 - the leading infrastructure provider for environmental markets, is pleased to announce the launch of APX Portfolio Access™, a web-based solution that provides a single sign-on and aggregated view of an environmental asset portfolio to access all renewable energy certificate (REC) registries and voluntary carbon offsets.

Initially, Portfolio Access provides access to all REC registries: ERCOT, NEPOOL, PJM-GATS, M-RETS, WREGIS, MIRECS and NARR, and three major voluntary carbon offset registries: Climate Action Reserve, Gold Standard and Voluntary Carbon Standard. Portfolio Access also provides complete transfer, retirement and valuation services for all RECs, CRTs, GS VERs and VCUs found in one’s portfolio, as well as tax and compliance reporting.

In the second half of 2010, APX Portfolio Access will include compliance carbon registries: RGGI, CDM and JI. It will also provide management of forward contracts and cash settlement and transfer.
