As part of NYSE Blue, APX Power Market solutions will experience expansion, specifically with the implementation of APX MarketSuite in each of the US Independent System Operator regions, providing: cross-market scheduling, settlement, operational interface for market participants, operations agent services, and demand response solutions.

Will there be any changes to APX’s environmental/registry business?
APX’s environmental markets business, including the Environmental Management Account and Registry Services, will now operate under NYSE Blue. NYSE Blue will remain strongly committed to the environmental markets business and its relationships with registry clients will remain the same. This includes all REC (renewable energy certificate) registries: M-RETS, WREGIS, NEPOOL-GIS, MIRECS, NC-RETS, and NAR, as well as voluntary carbon registries: VCS, CAR, and Gold Standard. NYSE Blue will continue to evaluate environmental registry opportunities.
