Systems Analysis – Production Support Linux and Windows Support for the Linux and Windows environments associated with production and development, which includes customer-facing production systems locate in the APX data centers, pre-production/QA system and development systems located in the California facility. Duties will include provisioning and deployment of new servers per established procedures, and the maintenances of those systems to established service level commitments for our 24x7 global operations. Market Operator Position (Client Services) APX Market Operators are full-time client service specialists responsible for using installed technology and market expertise to facilitate wholesale electricity transactions across several geographic regions. Operators communicate with clients via phone and email, and ensure the proper flow of information from client to regulatory agency. Market Operators are also responsible for research and documentation of market changes, product testing and feedback, and the maintenance of Market Operations support procedures. Upon completion of a four to five week training program, the candidate will work in a team environment on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule. Environmental Registry Administrator As the Environmental Registry Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, help-desk, maintenance and operations of APX's existing and future programs. The Program Administrator will support the Program Manager in executing the program, achieving objectives and coordination between numerous entities including: industry participants, state and/or voluntary programs, Independent System Operators and stakeholder Committees and Working Groups. Additional duties will be to support APX's ongoing interests in its Environmental line of business. These duties include business analysis, developing functional requirements and associated tasks as they relate to enhancement, testing, implementation and roll-out of future projects.
